Painted Flat Cut Raised Steel Office Logo The company logo or text is printed onto a vinyl film which is then transferred onto a clean smooth surface such as a painted wall. The letters or logo can be made up of individually cut pieces of vinyl as complex as you wish or as a single piece. The vinyl can also be cut in reverse (back-to-front) so that it can be applied to the reverse side of a window which allows you to clearly read the text from the outside of the building or it can be applied to the face of a wall. Painted Flat Cut Raised Steel Office Logo Made from a high quality polystyrene, each letter or logo is made to order in a range of sizes and styles. A flat sheet of polystyrene is cnc-cut into the shape of the logo and then painted in a range of colours. The logo can also be combined with other materials such as acrylic or mdf and they can be painted in a specific pantone colour or a glitter paint finish. The polystyrene can then be fixed to the wall in a number of methods such as flush fixing for a non-raised finish, free-standing on its own stand or on raised wall brackets. The polystyrene letters are available in a number of thicknesses. Some commonly used thicknesses include: 40mm, 50mm, 100mm, 150mm, 200mm, 250mm and 300mm. If you need the letters or logo to be made to a specific height and thickness then we will try and accommodate your requirements. |

Vacuum Formed Office Logos To create unusual shapes the company logo can be produced by vacuum forming it to achieve a closer representation to the logo design. A flat sheet of plastic is heated and stretched over a moulding to produce a cast. Depending on the shape and size of the logo will determine whether it’s achievable to use this method of production. The plastic used to create the shape is available is a range of pre-coloured acrylic, subject to the colours in the manufacture’s colour range however the casts can be painted in a specific colour or vinyl wrapped in a digital print displaying your desired image. LED lights can then be mounted behind so that the logo illuminates to create either a halo-illumination or a face-light illumination. |
